With new television series debuting all the time, one in particular has caught the eye of many viewers. The most recent FX series “Sons of Anarchy,” which first aired in September of 2008, has drawn the attention of nearly 5.4 million viewers weekly, making it the most successful network show since “Rescue Me.”

The show follows a motorcycle club stationed in the fictional town of Charming, California, and its rough riding vice-president Jackson Teller (Charlie Hunnam). With a plot thick with conflict and illegal/legal activity, the show promises an entertaining, and often times controversial, episode every week during the season.

The series recently wrapped up its second season this past week and left its audience in a state of suspense in the season finale. Many students are buzzing about the show and are looking forward to the imminent season three with great interest.

Season one is out on DVD and season two is expected to follow shortly. Season three will premiere in September 2010. FX is also advertising its new series “Archer” which is to debut in January.
